ChairmanNash Bains is a Midlands-based entrepreneur who leads the Group. A former Lehman Brothers JV partner, he has worked in the property development sector for over 30 years and at every level in the industry with funders and investment funds, he has built a formidable reputation in securing Finance, Equity and Joint Venture investment funds. In recent years, he has specialised in the development of PBSA aimed at the international and postgraduate student market in the UK, building a personal portfolio, as well as securing planning and developing over 3000+ PBSA and Residential Apartments with a number of JV partners. He has an extensive network of contacts, he specialises in securing off market unconditional opportunities, assessing and adding value day one in niche areas and sectors.
Steve Jackson
Director of ConstructionSteve has over Forty years’ experience in the Construction industry, including many years’ experience working with blue chip firms. A former Senior Construction Manager with Tarmac, Laings, Lovells and Berkeley Homes, he has successfully completed many large scale development projects and is an expert Development Manager for the NB Group for over 15 years. He is able to assess construction risks and is accustomed to detailed value engineering of projects, contractor cost management and ensuring completion on time.
Myles Graham
Director of Development & DeliveryMyles has 25 years of delivering projects with the NB Group as a head of development management and delivery. Myles has recently relocated to the South West where he is working as a principle partner within the group in the hotel, serviced apartments, leisure and co living sectors. With a view to expanding the Groups interest in the area further.
Jack Mann
Head of OperationsJack is a London based former management consultant, an Oxbridge graduate with an MBA from Warwick Business School. He has worked in the property development sector over the last twelve years and has expertise in strategy and management issues, including joint venture (JV) partnership development. Within the group he specialises in developing detailed business plans, appraisals and proposals for funding, undertaking due diligence, and ensuring funding and JV partners receive the information that they require at all stages of the project, from initial site evaluation to delivery and completion. As well developing current projects he specialised in appraising new markets and opportunities.
Ian Phillips
Chief Financial OfficerIan has over 40 years of accountancy and finance experience. He is responsible for the groups finances and development appraisals for all NB Group projects. He will provide the financial information critical to our projects. Advising and preparing JV financial agreements and funding Appraisals and Cash flows for development and delivery.
John Phillips
Head of marketing and communicationsWith over ten years experience in the journalism and marketing industry (as both principal and consultant). He has extensive knowledge in producing marketing, sales and communications documentation for the NB Groups funding and delivery of projects for both purchase, rental and disposal of land and buildings. He also works extensively with professional and public organizations in the East Midlands. As well as being on the committee of Network LE (Leicester’s biggest professional networking group).
David K. Anderson
Associate Director - Sales and investor relationsDavid has been in the UK and International property industry for over 30 years. As well as developing his own portfolio he has advised major groups and high net worth individuals in the hotel, hospitality and prime residential sector, having developed, owned and operated ventures in both New York and London. He has worked with the NB Group for over 10 years and manages investor and funder relations. As well as providing valuable sales and funding expertise.
